I was a semi/ professional rugby league player for the last 15 years of my life. Playing Queensland cup and professionally in France and have also been lucky enough to represent my Dad’s country the USA at two world cups! I have always considered fitness an important part of my life, though I often struggled to find consistency in my training especially for the football off-season. I discovered CrossFit in 2010 while visiting family in Colorado and since then felt it was the best and most adaptive form of strength and conditioning to the football field. I have found that the CrossFit methodology best meets the needs of everyone from professional athletes to regular people who want life-long health. The constant variance of the program has kept me intrigued and wanting to train hard for years now. CrossFit really is for everyone.
My goal is to coach other athletes like myself from there teen years till they have reached their sporting/ strength/ fitness and lifestyle potential!

Michael has a true passion for enabling people to achieve their goals. Michael had goals of playing professional baseball and CrossFit enabled Michael to achieve that goal when he made his professional debut in 2016. Michael’s passion for helping people led him to pursue a career in teaching Health and Physical Education at University.
All sessions with Michael will be 1 hour sessions specifically programmed by Michael to suit your goals.

Jodie is a full time working mother of a family of 6, who “discovered” CrossFit in 2013. Jodie is passionate about sharing her love of CrossFit with others to help them achieve a lifestyle that enables them to feel good about themselves, and to be fit, healthy and strong both physically and mentally. Jodie is an endurance trail runner and she enjoys the balance of running and CrossFit, and how they supplement one another.
Jodie has been a serving Police Officer with QPS for over 20 years, and is currently in the planning team for the Commonwealth Games 2018. Jodie's husband and children also do CrossFit.

Group “Friday Functional Fitness” sessions held every Friday morning from 5.30-6.15am for $10/session.
