Workout of the Day

All LIFT-OFF competitors! 7am today will be the first go for 1RMs and then the following WOD. We will also be opening the gym on Sunday morning 8-10am. Let us know when you're thinking of coming down and if neither time suits let us know so we can fit you in somewhere! 
Get excited people! If you're not registered for the lift off you are still welcome to train as usual and enjoy the fun of competition environment.

9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
54 double-unders
M 61kg, F 47.5kg.

Scaled Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 snatches
6 clean and jerks
9 pull-ups
54 single-unders
M 43kg, F 29kg.
