5 Deads, 125/90kg
20 Push ups*

* Scale the number first, then scale to slingshot, then to modified pushups. Be virtuous with push-up standards. The first should look the same as the last. Yes, they get hard, rest count to 3 and then go again. Keep your body in a plank and elbow in!
