Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3-3-3
The focus is getting a good amount of volume across the working sets,
not necessarily going for a 3RM.
Working sets should all be above 80% of 1RM.
Rest at least 2-3 mins between work sets.

Each for time:
Farmers Carry: 2x 200 m
Rest as needed between efforts.

Extra Training

3 x 20 GHD Sit-ups
