Power Snatch
AMRAP unbroken at 60/40kg
Power Clean & Push Jerk
AMRAP unbroken at 60/40kg
- Take several attempts if necessary
- Scale the weight to something you can hit at least 10-12 reps unbroken

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
Odd: Assault Bike, 20 secs
Even: 30 Air Squats
Assault bike = 20 sec sprint
