Hey guys, if there are any members able to assist us during a Army Fitness Competition on Wednesday April 20th between 7:30am to 3pm, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hang Power Snatch + Snatch + OH Squat

100 reps for time:
Alternating DB Snatch, 20/15kg

Extra Training
3x20 weighted sit-up
3x10 weighted hip extension
