VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED:
Hey guys, if there are any members able to assist us during a Army Fitness Competition on Wednesday April 20th between 7:30am to 3pm, it would be greatly appreciated.
All proceeds go to CrossFit Mitchelton for hosting this competition, to keep the gym growing and providing you all with the best equipment around!

For time:
5 Back Squats, 125/80kg
Run, 400m
10 Back Squats, 100/65kg
Run, 400m
15 Back Squats, 85/55kg
Run, 400m
20 Back Squats, 70/47.5kg
Run, 400m

Extra Training
1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk
