Workout of the Day

VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED:
Hey guys, if there are any members able to assist us during a Army Fitness Competition on Wednesday April 20th between 7:30am to 3pm, it would be greatly appreciated.
All proceeds go to Crossfit Mitchelton for hosting this competition, to keep the gym growing and providing you all with the best equipment around!

5 rounds for time of:
5 Snatches, 60/40kg
10 Bar Facing Burpees
20 Sit-ups

Extra Training
Back Squat 1RM

Glute Ham Raise
2x Max set

Each for time:
Sled Drag: 3x 100 ft
Rest 1 min between efforts.
Use a weight that requires you to march without having to stop.

Handstand Walk 50 m
This is an all out effort for time
(each time you drop do 20 Hollow Rocks)
