Workout of the Day

VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED:
Hey guys, if there are any members able to assist us during a Army Fitness Competition on Wednesday April 20th between 7:30am to 3pm, it would be greatly appreciated.
All proceeds go to CrossFit Mitchelton for hosting this competition, to keep the gym growing and providing you all with the best equipment around!

Important: No Barbell Club this week.
Wednesday 9:15am is cancelled. Wednesday 5pm & 6pm will be Open Gym

1 Snatch every 1 min for 15 mins
Start at 75% and add 2.5-5kg on each min for 5 min.
Repeat 2 more times (for a total of 15 min).

3 rounds for time of:
25 Wall Balls, 9/7kg
25 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16kg

Extra Training
Plank Hold 3x 60 secs (add weight if possible)
