VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED:
Hey guys, if there are any members able to assist us during a Army Fitness Competition on tomorrow between 7:30am to 3pm, it would be greatly appreciated.
All proceeds go to CrossFit Mitchelton for hosting this competition, to keep the gym growing and providing you all with the best equipment around!

Important: No Barbell Club this week.
Wednesday 9:15am is cancelled. Wednesday 5pm & 6pm will be Open Gym

AMRAP 12 mins of:
2 Rope Climbs, 15 ft
6 Deadlifts, 125/85kg
9 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

Extra Training
5 rounds for time of:
7 Strict Handstand Push-ups
11 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
21 Double Unders
Goal: Sub 10 min
