The Army Fitness Competition is on today, 7:30am to 3pm. If anyone could come down and spare some time helping out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Important: No Barbell Club tonight.
9:15am class is cancelled today. 5pm & 6pm will be Open Gym only.

Front Squat
5 Rep Max

3 rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats, 80/55kg
Shuttle Run, 200 m
Run = 50m down and back twice
Goal: Sub 9 min

Extra Training
Good Morning 3x10
Use the same weight for each set.
