7 Squat Cleans, 135/105 lbs
14 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
Goal: Sub 15 min

Extra Training
Reverse Barbell Lunge 2x20
Use the same weight for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
Keep lead foot on a plate. Do all 10 on one leg, then switch.

3 rounds for time of:
20 GHD Sit-ups
Barbell Front Rack Carry, 60/40kg, 30 m
Goal: Sub 8-10 min
