Deadlift, 100/60kg
Overhead Squat, 60/40kg

Farmer's Carry for time:
200m as heavy as possible

Extra Training
With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Squat Clean, 70% 1RM in the first 1 min
1 Squat Clean, 70% 1RM + 5kg in the second 1 min
1 Squat Clean, 70% 1RM +10kg in the third 1 min
Continuing this for as long as you are able.

3 rounds for time of:
20 GHD Sit-ups
Zercher Carry, 60/40kg, 50 ft
