Workout of the Day

In teams of 2 complete 80 reps of the 8 stations.
(Reps can be broken up between team in whatever way works best for them)
1.     80 box jumps (20 inch/24 inch)
2.     80 pullups
3.     80 double-unders
4.     80 KB swings (16/24kg)
5.     800m run (relay style: one member does 400m then tags team member who runs the final 400m. Cannot move to next station until both team members have finished running.)
6.     80 Wall Balls
7.     80 Calories on bike/rower
8.     80 Thrusters (30kg/40)

Extra Training
Each for time:
Row: 5x 1000 m
Rest 1 min between efforts.
