Max effort strict handstand push-ups
Max effort kipping pull-ups

*rest as needed between rounds
*this is to be performed as a superset (eg like "Lynne") there is no rest between the movements and as soon as you fail you must stop
*score is total reps overall

Scale the handstand push-up to either1 abmat, a pike HSPU or strict DB press
Scale the pull-up to a jumping pull-up or a ring row
