50 Double Unders
10 Hang Power Snatch, 50/35kg

Extra Training
Handstand walking practice

Holiday WOD
Alternating Tabata:
Air Squats
Push-ups
Handstand Hold
Tabata protocol = 20 secs on, then 10 secs off
Alternate between the 3 movements until you have done 8 rounds of each (24 rounds in total)
Score is total reps of squat and pushup
Scale the handstand hold to a plank if needed
