(rest 3 mins between efforts)

Extra Training

Rope climb practice - added challenge make it legless

For total reps to a 6" jump:
3 minutes of Burpees
Rest 1 minute
3 minutes of Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
3 minutes of Burpees
