10 rounds for time of:
30 double-unders
10 pull-ups
20 squats
100-m sprint
Rest 2 minutes

There will be a running clock. Look at the clock at the end of each
round and add 2 minutes to get your start time for the next round.
Your score is the time at the end with rest included.
