As an individual WOD:
100 double-unders
50 chest-to-bar pull-ups
50 hang power snatches
100 double-unders

This is a Team Series WOD. If you are registered you and your partner should aim to attend the same session to complete the WOD. If you are not registered, this is still a great workout and can be altered to suit an individual effort. Alternatively, you may do the Extra Training on your own if you prefer.

Extra Training
Weighted Hip Extension 3 x 20
Weighted Lunge 3 x 10 steps
Hip Thrust 3 x 10
(Do all 3 movements as a superset with minimal rest between)
