In teams of two 21-15-9 synchronised reps for time of:
Dumbbell Snatches 22.5/15
Bar Muscle Ups

[Scaled DBs 15/10 & Pull-Ups]

Time Cap 30 min
All athletes can attempt RX Snatch for at least 21reps and then select appropriate variation to continue the workout.
