100 Double Unders
80 Squats
60 Push-ups
40 Pistols
20 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Scaling
Double Unders > attempts or 150 single skips
Pushups > incline or knee push-ups
Pistols > pistol to a box, hold a plate, use assistance or change to a lunge
Strict HSPU > reduce reps, kip them or change to a strict press (DBs or barbell)
