5 rounds for time:  
Run 800 meters  
30 Kettlebell swing, 32/24kg
30 Pull-ups

This is a long workout—30-plus minutes. Reduce the volume and/or go lighter, but anticipate breaking each exercise into several sets. You may need to share KBs so be willing to mix up the order if needed.

Scaling
Reduce to 3 or 4 rounds and/or reduce the number of pull-ups per round. Consider reducing the distance of each run if this is a weakness and make it your goal to run the whole way.
Scale pull-ups to jumping pull-ups. Reduce load of KB.

Do challenge yourself and aim to keep yourself hitting around that 30 min time frame.
