Workout of the Day 17 October 2018

In teams of 3, for time:
300 calories*
300 burpees

*20 calories added for each male team member
Teams are to rotate through rounds of 10/12 calories & 10 burpees. The team order must stay the same, but more than one team member may work at a time (so for example, as soon as the rower is available the next team member may start rowing).
