Tabata toes to bar
Rest 1 minute
Tabata ring rows*
Rest 1 minute
Tabata DB shoulder presses, 15/10kg
Rest 1 minute
Tabata KB swings, 24/16kg
Rest 1 minute
Tabata jumping back squats, 30/20kg
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. You do all 8 intervals at one station, rest a minute and then rotate to the next station.
Score is total reps.
