Easter Opening Hours:
Good Friday (March 30th) - Open Gym 9-11am
Saturday (March 31st)- CLOSED
Monday (April 2nd)- Open Gym 9-11am
Tuesday (April 3rd) - Classes as normal

4 x 10 Strict Pull-ups
(90 secs rest)

4 x 15 kipping or butterfly pull-ups
(90 secs rest)

The numbers are a goal, don't worry if you can't hit all the reps
*Scale by using a band for today

6 x 100m sprint
(60 secs rest between)

* coaches standing at either end of track
*60 secs rest starts when the middle of the pack crosses the line
*if raining an alternate WOD has been emailed to the coaches
