Workout of the Day 22 August 2018

5 x  2-minute rounds of:
10 burpees
200-m sprint
Max-rep burpees
Rest 3 minutes between rounds

Score per round is 10, plus the number of burpees you complete after the run
Therefore if you fail to return from the run in time to do some burpees your score for that round is simply 10
 Run fast or you will not score any additional burpees and may eat into your rest time
