Alternating Gymnastics EMOM 15 mins:
Min 1: 10-20 hollow rocks (or hollow hold)
Min 2: 30-60 sec plank
Min 3: 10 Toes to Bar (or knee raise)
Pick the hardest option you can manage and stick to it

50 Double Unders
15 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunge 2 x 22kg DB’s (15kg)
15 Double Dumbbell Snatch, 22kg DB’s (15kg)
