400m Walking Lunge
If you have less than 3 months experience with CrossFit or if you've recently trained inconsistently, reduce the distance to 200m
RXD plus is wearing a weight vest - 20kg men/10kg women

Push Press
Rest for 1 minute after the last person finishes the lunge then start warming up the push press
