25 Wall Balls, 9/6kg
10 Box Jumps, 24/20"

Scale the wall ball by reducing load and/or target height. Try to maintain the 25 reps, but if this volume is too much consider reducing to an achievable amount. The idea is to improve your ability to perform chunks of reps unbroken.
If you successfully completed all 150 wall balls, note the score as 150
