Workout of the Day 4 September 2019

“The Other Total”
Clean (1 Rep Max)
Bench Press (1 Rep Max)
Overhead Squat (1 Rep Max)

There will be approximately 15 mins for each movement
Scale the clean to a hang clean if you're new to oly lifting
Ensure all bench press attempts are spotted
Ensure a clear space around you to bail on a failed overhead squat if necessary

5 DB Man Makers, 15/10kg
10 DB Lunges
15 Toes to Bar
20 Air Bike Cals
